There’s been lots of discussion and speculation across the area for a while, and with everything now in place, I’m pleased to be able to share the news that Boduan, between Nefyn and Pwllheli will be our home in August 2021.
“We’ve had wonderful support from people across Llŷn and Eifionydd, and are very much looking forward to working with local residents across the area to deliver a memorable festival and project,
“We are keen to attract a wide range of people with all sorts of interests and expertise to be part of the team, with the experienced and the young working together to create a project and festival which will attract thousands of competitors and visitors.
“Anyone interested in joining us as part of the team can register online or come to the public meeting in Pwllheli. And we look forward to a happy eighteen months working across the region.”
Nominations for the Executive Chair, Deputy-chair and Secretary, and the Chair of the Local Fund close on Friday 15 November. Go to Eisteddfod Wales for more information.
For more information on the Eisteddfod or if you’d like to register to be part of the team, you can do this online or by emailing Elen. You do not have to be interested in a specific subject / area to join the team – there’s a warm welcome for everyone who wants to make the Eisteddfod a success locally.
