Fun Fest!

An exciting new Fun Festival will be held at the Porthmadog Football Club on Tuesday afternoon the 18th of February. This free event is for children and young people with additional needs, their families and friends.

People from Gwynedd are warmly welcomed to attend, just a matter of ordering your free ticket(s) here or by calling 01248 370797. An afternoon of fun during the half-term week for Gwynedd families.

Kizzy Crawford will be joining us from south Wales, and the local singer Sera will also be performing. DJ Strech will be there if you fancy a dance, and art activities with artist Elen Williams will be on offer. A quiet room is available if you would like to relax with quieter games and activities available. There will also be some light refreshments available to keep everyone going during the afternoon!

The event is being funded by Community Arts Gwynedd (Gwynedd Council) in partnership with the Amser Ni project, Derwen and Carers Outreach Service. It came to the attention of organisers that going to music festivals can be challenging for those with additional needs and their families; so we decided to plan a special event in response. We hope that everyone will have fun and enjoy the wellbeing benefits that the arts are able to offer us all.
