A night in the company of Gruffydd Wyn




Gruffydd Wyn is a talented classical crossover artist who hails from Amlwch continues to follow his dream of becoming a world class vocal performer.

He became a household name in 2018 after appearing on the the globally renowned talent show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2018, where he received Amanda Holden’s Golden Buzzer and narrowly missed out on a place on the podium.

During the series he received widespread acclaim for his big voice and professional performances under pressure; with judges’ comments such as ‘Epic, phenomenal and outrageously good’ and Simon Cowell commenting that he “is what the show is all about”.

Since performing on the show Gruffydd has been busy entertaining crowds across Wales and England as well as being nominated for a National Reality Television Award for ‘The Best Overall Performance’.

He has since toured as an individual artist, and has appeared as a special guest on Only Men Aloud’s Decade Tour plus in 2019 he toured with world renowned group “Diversity” to sell-out crowds.

In 2020, Gruff’s original song “Cyn i’r Llenni Gau” won the annual Cân i Gymru prize as voted by the Welsh public. Gruffydd also released his debut album ‘Chapter One’ in 2020.
