A day for all girls, age 16+

Are you going through a transitional period at the moment? Would you like to open your mind and develop your confidence?

This is the time to enjoy the company of other women, learn techniques to help you make positive changes in your life and gain confidence. There will be food, drink and plenty of opportunity to chat with other women. The day will end with a deep self relaxation session. You will leave with a positive mindset, refreshed and ready to talk.
